Safety Management Tools

We have included the DCS Safety Health Manual on the web for easy access and downloading. The Safety Manual along with any State and Federal OSHA laws will be maintained on the job at all times. Use the Job Safety Analysis JSA report daily. Conditions can change overnight and any potential job hazards will be discussed and recorded on the JSA along with all the other required information. If conditions are unsafe notify your Supervisor or Project Manager immediately. We also have included an Unannounced Site Visit USV form for all Supervisors and Management to complete when visiting a site. Any and all violations will be reported back to the corporate office and disciplinary action or termination may result from unsafe practices or violations of Data Cells Systems Safety Health Manual or State and Federal laws
