Health and Safety Statement

Foreword by the Owners

Data Cell Systems Inc is committed to pursuing excellence in everything we do. That includes how we manage health and safety. Ensuring that this is a safe place for employees, sub-contractors and customers is an absolute priority. The Companies Health and Safety Policy sets out the management framework we use to achieve that. It specifies that it is the particular responsibility of line management, who are in a position to exercise control over their projects or areas of responsibilities, to ensure that those activities are carried out safely. However, being a safe organization ultimately requires everyone to make health and safety their priority. As we strive to be an excellent organization, let us ensure that health and safety is central to everything we do.
