Data Cell Systems has established this site to assist in work and project collaboration.

The primary function of the site is for the transfer of large files between different locations. This is a password-protected site. To request a logon name and password, or if you have forgotten yours, please click here.

BEFORE BEGINNING:

It is recommended that you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer v5.5 or higher.

If you experience problems accessing the Data Cell Systems FTP site, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Username and password must be lowercase.
2. Verify username and password with your Data Cell Systems contact.
3. Make sure you are using some type of FTP client that allows passive mode.
1. Free FTP software that allows passive mode: Internet Explorer, SmartFTP, WS_FTPPro
4. Verify that Passive Mode is disabled on your computer. Go to START, CONTROL PANEL, select Network and Internet Connections or Internet Options, on the ADVANCED tab under BROWSING, verify the following.
1. "Enable folder view for FTP sites" should be checked.
2. "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)" is NOT checked.
