Darold Parker - CEO/President

Mr. Parker has 29 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Parker was a field supervisor building long haul microwave systems for MCI, Sprint and rural telecommunications co-ops for 12 years. In 1991, he started Data Cell Systems, Inc. (Data Cell) in Phoenix AZ, a very successful company with a large customer base in the southwest and a reputation for quality. In 1996, the assets of Data Cell were sold to Specialty Constructors, Inc., who subsequently merged with American Tower Corporation in 1998. He distinguished himself as a Regional Vice President for Specialty/American Tower until 2001 when he resigned to re-establish Data Cell as a premier wireless communications contractor.

Richard Ainsworth – CFO

Mr. Ainsworth is the controller and has over 26 years of experience in manufacturing within the boating industry including among others Genmar Industries, a worldwide leader in recreation products and in construction specializing in raw land sites. This experience has included everything from verifying the smallest item in the cost of manufacturing a product for resale all the way to the analysis of details and complications of the sell of the company. Although new to the communications industry, Richard’s experience in the financial information segment of manufacturing and construction is a valued asset to Data Cell Systems. As controller, Richard is responsible for the management of the corporate office in Winnsboro, LA and the supervision of all the accounting and reporting functions necessary for the optimal operation of Data Cell.

Bruce P. Budagher - COO/Executive Vice President

Bruce has been in the communications industry for 29 years. As co-founder of Specialty Constructors Inc., he helped develop Specialty into one of the country's largest and most successful communications service providers. In 1996, Specialty was the first of its kind to be publicly traded. In 1998, Specialty merged with American Tower where Bruce served as a divisional Co-President for 2 years. As Co-President, he managed a construction and engineering group consisting of 770 employees with 33 offices nationwide and revenues of $140 million. As one of the founding member of the National Tower Erectors Association, Bruce was the chairman of the standards and safety committee. Bruce currently sits on the Board of directors for Cottonwood Classical Preparatory School; he is an Eagle Scout and sits on the Advancement Board GSWAC with the Boy Scouts of America. bbudagher@data-cell.com

Fred Teichman - Vice President North Central

Mr. Teichman has been in the communications industry for over 28 years. Fred spent the first 9 years in the field working directly with the product which provides him the experience that formed his management style. Fred worked up the ranks at Andrew Corporation over a 9 year span, and eventually started the Midwest region for Specialty Constructors. At Specialty Constructors Fred became Co-President of the construction division that focused on wireless tower development. In this capacity he was responsible growing the company and supervising a development of 33 regional offices that staffed of over 700 personnel. During that time Fred was responsible for the execution of an annual operating budget in excess of $140 million. Fred clearly demonstrates the enhanced ability to develop new strategies, processes, and apply technology to improve overall organizational performance. He assisted in 13 acquisitions while at Specialty. While at American Tower Fred functioned as a Senior Vice President and was responsible for the overall operations and special projects of the construction division.

John Burnett - National Program Manager

Mr. Burnett has been serving the construction and communications industry for over 17 years. John started his career in the oil and gas industry working off shore in the toughest conditions imaginable this experience and training has made John one of the most sought after Program Managers in the industry. John has been working on projects all over the continental United States Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. John gained experience as a construction manager overseeing various projects like the AT&T overlay, UMTS and offshore microwave. In 1999 John moved into the position of Project Manager where he once again proved himself as a Get er Done manager. In 2005 John managed restoring sites after hurricane Katrina where he was responsible for 6 project Managers and 19 field crews. John is an active manager in the growth and development of Data Cell Systems.

Aaron Braziel Area Manager (Texas)

Mr. Aaron Braziel has been in the construction and communications industry for over 16 years. Aaron started his career as a Stationary Engineer for Sam Houston Race Park where he managed the facilities maintenance and construction departments with budget and operational oversight and supervision of its 15 employees. In 1999 Aaron started his career in the Telecommunications industry as a civil crew leader and Tower crew leader for Clear Communications. He moved thru the ranks from PM to Sr. Project Manager overseeing 12 PMs and 67 field employees for Baran Telecom. His other responsibilities included Program Management, budgeting, customer satisfaction Business Development and day to day operations. Currently, Aaron is the Area Manager in the Texas market for Data Cell Systems..

Wayne Morley DCS Electrical Services, LLC

Wayne started work in the electrical construction industry in 1970. He started specializing in Cellular work in 1994; providing electrical power, Provisions for telephone, grounding and lightning protection to all major cellular carriers. Wayne has extensive experience as a project manager and estimator; overseeing the procurement and construction of many large projects including: 1984 World’s Fair: He provided the electrical distribution system serving the entire site, provided the electrical work on the monorail and monorail stations, the Wonder Wall, the Italian Plaza, Jed's Lookout Lounge, the Louisiana Pavilion and all site lighting including the lagoons and public walkway areas Rouse Riverwalk: Design build venture on the World's Fair site after the Fair closed. The project included the construction of multi level shopping areas, public mall area lighting, and a revised electrical distribution system. Experienced in estimating and construction of office buildings, multi level garages, hotels, hospitals, pumping stations, convention centers and major malls. This includes projects that required medium voltage electrical construction, fiber optic installations, and voice and data applications.
